Peanut Butter Cookies – Gluten Free

Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup castor sugar (super fine sugar)
1 egg
1/2 teasp bi-carb soda (baking soda)
Combine all ingredients well.
Roll teaspoons full into a ball and place on a baking tray.
Bake in a 180C oven 10-12 minutes or until golden.

  1. Hi, a gluten-free foodie here! This recipe sounds delicious, but I’m trying to avoid peanuts at the moment. Do you think this would work if I subbed the peanut butter with tahini paste?
