Jam Drops

1/4 lb butter

1/2 cup sugar

1 1/2 cups SRF

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup custard powder

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cream butter and sugar.  Add vanilla and egg and combine well. Gradually add in flour making sure it is completely mixed in and then add custard powder. Once completely combined roll into balls the size of golf balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Using your thumb make a crater in the center of each and put jam in each crater.

Cook 12 minutes.
